After witnessing more missile tests than cat videos and seeing democracy retreat in too many corners of the world, I chose to pursue a career not just as a passive observer on the sidelines, but as an active participant committed to shaping and strengthening democracy. It’s not just about analyzing power dynamics; it’s about ensuring that our universal value of freedom and justice don’t become relics of the past.
